Pretty fun offering, and very different than any HB I’ve had before. A bit of peanuts and a bit more heft to their lager program. Hard to find a non-Marzen festbier and this is a tasty rarity that scratches the itch.

Frankly really like this one, it has a lot of both brewery character, with solid body and sweetness from EP and that dank herbaceous hoppness and dry character you find in most Butcher. I personally like open ferms, they pull depth and wine like character
