Aroma- tart rhubarb, vanilla, green apples & slight funk Taste- soft mouthfeel with nicely balanced sourness. Starts off with rhubarb & vanilla then lovely farmyard funk & bitter finish. All very light and subtle but great saison almost champagne like.
