Aroma- funky and bitter orange, floral honey Taste- lovely farmhouse saison style beer, funky farmyard taste up front then lovely orangey bitterness that turns into honey floral with hint of chestnuts. Nice continuing bitter finish of orange zest. Lovely

Thats awesome, really dry, quite sweet to start and really bitter for a mixed ferm beer, massive honey flavour, huge note of citrus zest, big not of orange and the usual farmyard hay and vegetal taste, banger

Wow, what a fantastic beer. Sweet, slightly sour, a lovely mouth coating with the honey. Citrus and honey on the nose, gentle flavour all round, but works so well - absolutely fantastic.
