Interesting. First taste reminds of musty white wine, but evolves in positive ways. Orange or citrus evident, but otherwise no hop bite.

Surprising citrus. Substitue for lemonade in the summer.

Not too sweet, which is a good trait for mead.

My first serious taste of mead, minus the glassware. Smells sweet and grassy, taste is a bit tart and earthy. Drinkable.
Watercooler Wednesday beverage! Really interesting flavors, and a nice hop balance.
