Abbot's Reserve (2020)

Abbots Reserve is the brewery's annual capstone, culminating our brewmaster's experiences from the year. Our 2020 Flanders-style sour ales are created by expertly blending the last four years' local wild yeast ales and then bottle conditioning for a champagne-like finish. This year, we're featuring two different blends. Our gold cage blend showcases rich, dried, fruit-forward flavors, while our silver cage blend has bright citrus notes.
