A Bitter, or an English pale ale if you will, with a crisp hoppy bite, a vivid amber color and a rich finish. A bitter bite. Refreshing!

This beer's story is a two-parter. 

Part one: Here at Dugges, we have a long history of brewing bitters. It's one of our founder's favorite beer styles, and there was a long time when we simultaneously had at least one, often more, bitter, in our range. Then, for whatever reason, we just stopped brewing them. 

Part two: One of the ways to get to sell your beer at the Swedish liquor monopoly Systembolaget is to win tenders. A while ago, they had one out for a bitter. Needless to say, we brewed a bitter, entered the competition for the tender, and won! Bite on that!  Show Less
