Broken Heart & Soul

This is our Heart & Soul, broken. This beer took a beating, but its heart and soul is still beating strong. During the aging process, a hose clamp broke on the tank and this beer began to spew from the tank, flooding the brewery. We luckily caught it in time and was able to save some of this beer, but the scars of battle show. Still big and robust in malt flavor with notes of fig, stone fruit and caramel sweetness, this beer is lacking some of the polish that usually accompanies a beer that doesn’t take a thrashing. We don’t have endless amounts of this beer so get a pint of it while you can and do your part to toast to the champion that is this beer. Cheers! Show Less
