David Vinson is drinking a Maisonette Blend by Duckchicken Cider at Pig's Ear CAMRA Beer & Cider Festival

Perhaps not the right decision but I had to dip into the cider bar. I remember meeting the Duckchicken folks many years ago at the Uppers and Downers coffee × beer festival. Crisp and dry, slightly floral apple and with that, good night

Tannic apple and apple skin flavours, slightly smoky and autumnal, full mouthfeel, dangerously drinkable.

CAMRA Spring Cider Festival '25. Third. Fairly hazy yellowish gold. Faint juicy aroma with an unusual spiritous/tea-like muskiness. Faintest spritz. Lovely gentle flavour, bright and tangy. Just drier than medium, very appealing.

Purchased at Rocket Van Box Shop

This is a newer vintage as it's 7.3%. Deep fruity medium-dry with mellow tannins
