Friends Long Absent

“Friends Long Absent” is back! We thought @Jadeolantern absolutely KILLED IT with this label, so we had to bring it back. I mean, would ya just look at it?!

Mashed with a base of Riverbend Malt 2-Row, along with @proximitymalt Wheat and Flaked Oats. Soured overnight in our kettle, then boiled and hit in the Whirlpool with a bevy of Coriander and a blend of Sea Salts. Fermented on the cooler side with our House IPA yeast, and absolutely pummeled with Kiwi, Prickly Pear, and Mango.

Notes of sitting lakeside sipping on a cold Capri Sun, overripe (fully-peeled) Kiwis, dried Mango leather from Trader Joe’s, a fun mellow-Peach twang from the Prickly Pear, all wrapped up with a refreshing kick of Citrusy-salinity from the Coriander and Sea Salts. Show Less
