IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy
For Hew, we used Lallemand's Verdant yeast. For Hue, we used White Labs' London Fog yeast.
Both have a luxurious dry-hop of Citra, El Dorado, and Chinook.
In Hew we experience exotic over-ripe fruit with a sweet aroma and a dry finish.
