I thought this improved a ton with the age. Was with friends, so no detailed notes, but it's softened and taken on a light tartness. Anise, licorice, dark roast coffee, and dark chocolate stood out, with the dark chocolate being less butter than before.

Richer and rounder than previous iterations of this seasonal staple. All the usual choco, coffee, and liquorice you expect, with some faint red berries. Aging period seems giusto here. Sublime.
