If you still have a bottle of this, give this time to warm up a bit. Out of the fridge is not its best state. Absolutely delicious after about 15-20mins out of the fridge and even better after 30.

$15 CAD bought in June 2022, cellared for 2.5 years. Sour crisp puckery puke, sour cherries funky tangy, sour plum acidic vinegar, pukey bitter. Lots and lots of puke, too much for me to enjoy. Solid body but not enough bright cherry flavour.
