Hop Wrasslin' I

The first in our hazy, hoppy tag-team trilogy, UK’s Admiral v USA’s Chinook. The process used during the brewing of these beers produce very little bitterness, allowing the delicate flavours of the hops to shine through. Chinook and Admiral are added at three stages during production. Although the hop ratio is in favour of Chinook the unique aroma and flavour of Admiral powers through. Crisp tropical flavours from the Chinook marry beautifully with the fresh green hop aroma from the Admiral to create a wonderfully tropical fruity beer.
