My first fire cider! Burnt and bitter notes, rubbery, gumball coating, short intense sweet start, strong tart with a very large bitter finish. Rougher than most ice ciders. Kind of wild and nice to try.

Mmmmm... Ohhhhh... sweet hits first, with more complex tart caramel hitting a second later. Roasted caramel, sweet with a tart finish. Does not linger as sweet. Similar to ice cider, but definitely not the same. Lots of yummy roasted flavor.
