Bound For Glory

Bound for Glory defies the classic. Challenges convention. It breaches the norm. It is a 7.9% Barrel-aged Dry-hopped Saison. It matured for 30 long months in oak barrels with wild yeast. More than enough to capture all the fruity characteristics that Brettanomyces can provide.

With a low bitterness, this beer was brewed with a simple malt bill and a simple hop profile. We’ve spiced it with some black pepper and orange peel and throw it into oak barrels, and then forgot about it. Today, more than 2 and a half years later, after dry-hopping it with Citra hops, it’s ready to drink. Show Less
