Não é uma cerveja fácil, e a maioria vai odiar, mas uma coisa tem de ser apreciada por aquilo que é, e não por aquilo que se quer que seja. Ácida, com cheiro fermentado, quase sulfúrico, seca, mais a casca do que a polpa da uva. Lembra a sidra basca.
