Neck stamp looks like 10/03/2023. Nose is buttery, still big hops, some boozy caramel. Palate follows. Elements of a Belgian very strong golden ale. Incredibly smooth for the ABV, big flavor, syrupy leggy mouthfeel.

Interesting. Booze has mellowed. Hops are unable to stand up to the barrel. Straight b-wizzle no hint of an ipa.

Aged for 12 months in Utopias barrels before its April 2023 release. Not overly boozy for such a high ABV beer. Caramel, raisins, berries, bourbon, oak, & subtle vanilla sweetness to complement a piney finish. A very special beer to bring in the new year!
