Oro grano, appena velata, schiuma fine e persistente. Il naso è ricco e aderente alla tradizione, frutta a pasta bianca, banana e pera, spezie. In bocca bella beva, buona carbonatazione, freschezza del frumento e poi frutta e spezie nel finale.
