I get all the components. The underlying pine sap bitterness of Chinook. The berry-like conifer forest fruit notes of Mosaic. Something just seems a bit off-kilter. It's alright, but something about the balance of the parts doesn't sit with me.

I’m getting a sour, dank aroma on the nose. The dank is more persistent than the citrus or pine. Super bitter, but not overkill. As the bitterness subsides, it leans more into a malty and sweet experience. Great representation of the style. Sessionable.
