The health benefits of beer are well documented throughout history; monks use it as sustenance while fasting and it can help lower cholesterol and improve heart health. We made a brew dedicated to the history of medicine and the advances throughout the ages. Much like the advances in medicine, brewing technology and techniques have made new and exciting modern styles like the Blonde Ale which was created for craft breweries who wanted to avoid extensive refrigeration time and space. We threw in a bunch of new world hops to create a unique flavour profile both on the nose and the tongue. We believe we’ve created an exceptional elixir with a cure for thirst with no side effects and no prescription required!
