Color on point. Smells confectionary. Heavy coffee with chocolate and a caramel sweetness resolving into something nutty like amaretto. Taste is closer to coffee and cracker. Dry, astringent finish.

Quite a fine little porter. Bitter, but not too bitter. Deep and dark, but airy as hell. Not a ton of other flavor meddling with a good thing — not an abundance coffee or chocolate. Though present, they don’t interfere with or overpower the roasted malt.
