As a small craft brewery, it's considered all but suicidal to want to produce a pilsner these days. Havic, however, is an exquisite pilsner brewed as per the Spartan regulations of the trade. The beer has to condition for a long time (90 days) at 2 degrees Celsius, which are two parameters that severely enhance production costs.
Havic only came to be thanks to our lovely audience at the brewery. This low-ABV counterpart to the high octane beers that Struise is known for, has since been well-liked and thoroughly enjoyed by our visitors.
The Havic is thirst-quenching and utterly drinkable. Slightly malted, fresh and hoppy and with a dry finish. Show Less
