Daughters Of Apollo

This is a single malt, single hop IPA. The single hop in this beer is an experimental hop that was bred from the Apollo hop. It is earthy with hints of tangerine and tropical fruit. We used 100 percent English Halcyon malt. Keeping it simple and not overcrowding a beer with specialty malts helps to make a hop forward beer. With that said, Halcyon malt is a high quality base malt that leaves the beer less sweet than other malts. It also adds a slight biscuit flavor to the beer.
