Very lovely sweet and tart white peach aroma that doesn’t really translate to the palate. I love the funk profile, but it evaporates abruptly into a mineral dryness.

An elegant drink with a peach forward presence and touches of vanilla and oak. Funky mixed ferment yet well balanced. Been a long time since I’ve had a wild fermented beer and this does not disappoint. Cheers!
