Think I got one with a bad secondary bottle ferment. Excess head and enough detritus churned around by the CO2 that every sip has a few small yeast chunks. Incredibly malty and bitter. Writing it off as a bad bottle. Will eventually revisit.

I think this beer is misunderstood, judging from the community score. Making an Old Fashioned cocktail-themed IPA may be a crazy idea, but it is hard to argue that the goal wasn't accomplished. This was zany and enjoyable!

Unable to finish. Overcarbonated. The Fusel heat was overpowering and was out of proportion with the abv. 2 points for the cherry hints coming through. I get what they were trying to do. Just didn’t get there.
