Witches Brew It Better 2019

This beer was first brewed as "life & the paradox of Jerre" A tribute beer to a friend who was untimely parted from the realms of men. The gimmick of this experimental brew was to have as many beerstyle names combined in one beer in honor of Jeroen's love for trying new and crazy experimental beers.
The result was crazy indeed with flavours and impressions bouncing in all directions, once matured it has become a very flavourfull beer .
The wort is extracted as party-gyle from Samhain IOS, for this edition it was kettle soured over night with our household Kefir yoghurt ferment, noordkrieken and lactose where added during boiling, loads of whirlpool hops as well as intense dry hopping , fermented with a Saison yeast to stir things up some more.
