Sunburnt, dusty, parched? No need to anticipate that afternoon relief to roll on in. This summer lager will see you through, a breezy front that develops into a bitter snap. It will quench your thirst and leave you re-energised to do it all again, tomorrow.

Our 2017/18 version comes in drier than previous incarnations. We dry hopped with Hallertau and Tettnang too, because why not?

It is super floral, grapey, peppery and has that distinct noble hop character. We used Calcium Carbonate in the mash, to make it more minerally and thus similar to the true Dortmunder Lagers it is based on.
