First beer from cycle and I’m very impressed. Aroma of bourbon, pecans, cinnamon and cake. Thick, syrupy pour. Taste of bourbon , pecan and cinnamon. Getting a lot of that omnipollo noa pecan mud cake. Omnipollo seemed to dominate this collab. Good!Earned the Cheers to Independent U.S. Craft Breweries (Level 91) badge! Pours like oil, smells like heaven and chocolate cake and tastes like the best dessert you ever had. Chocolate, almonds and cinnamon, sweet but still not too sweet accompanied by amazing barrel notes. 👍🍺😎
