Perfect Frozen Mosaic

Una birra con il Mosaic fresco appena raccolto?
Dopo la fantastica Perfect Frozen Citra, con Citra appena raccolto, grazie alla collaborazione con Yakima Chief, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di “annusare” anche il Mosaic appena raccolto e utilizzarlo nella nostra serie “Perfect”.
Con la nuova tecnica sperimentale YCH 301 Trial che prevede un congelamento rapidissimo del luppolo fresco di raccolta conservandone tutte le caratteristiche senza bisogno di essiccarlo, siamo riusciti per la prima volta ad utilizzare il Mosaic Wet Hop e riportare nella Perfect Frozen Mosaic quell’inconfondibile profumo che invade tutta la valle di Yakima durante il periodo del raccolto.
Anche con il Mosaic vogliamo darvi la possibilità di vivere un’esperienza di degustazione e confronto fra le due diverse varianti dello stesso luppolo, per questo abbiamo prodotto in contemporanea anche la Perfect Mosaic con il “tradizionale” Mosaic Pellet e Mosaic Cryo.

After the fantastic Perfect Frozen Citra, with freshly harvested Citra, thanks to the collaboration with Yakima Chief, we were also able to 'smell' freshly harvested Mosaic and use it in our 'Perfect' series.
With the new experimental YCH 301 Trial technique, which involves extremely fast freezing of the freshly harvested hops while preserving all their characteristics without the need to dry them, we were able for the first time to use Wet Hop Mosaic and bring back to Perfect Frozen Mosaic that unmistakabl Show Less
