Discovery Dodici

Discovery Dodici nasce dall’esperienza e dalle ricette di Party Animals e Party Alone, le nostre prime DDH IPA con segale. Per bilanciare la secchezza che otteniamo da questo ingrediente abbiamo scelto, per contrasto, un mix di luppoli (Simcoe, Cashmere, El Dorado) che danno una sensazione di pienezza, frutta matura, pesca, albicocca e mango.
Il risultato è una birra fresca ma intensa che mantiene la cremosità tipica delle nostre DDH IPA.


Discovery Twelve was born from the experience and recipes of Party Animals and Party Alone, our first DDH IPAs with rye. To balance the dryness we get from this ingredient we chose, by contrast, a mix of hops (Simcoe, Cashmere, El Dorado) that give a feeling of fullness, ripe fruit, peach, apricot and mango.
The result is a fresh but intense beer that maintains the creaminess typical of our DDH IPAs. Show Less
