In pochi, però, sanno che in una piccola porzione del nostro vigneto coltiviamo anche il Pinot Grigio. Quest’anno, con la vendemmia del 2023, l'abbiamo raccolto e portato direttamente in birrificio per produrre questa collaborazione: una "fusione" tra la tipica luppolatura che contraddistingue le nostre birre e la freschezza aromatica del nostro Pinot Grigio.

Quali luppoli abbiamo utilizzato per questa "fusione"? Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Nectaron e il luppolo sperimentale della nostra azienda.





Few, however, know that in a small portion of our vineyard, we also cultivate Pinot Grigio. This year, with the 2023 harvest, we harvested it and brought it directly to the brewery to produce this collaboration: a "fusion" between the typical hopping that characterizes our beers and the aromatic freshness of our Pinot Grigio.
