Calimax, è la parola d’ordine del nostro amico Lencho che vive in Guatemala.

Cosa significa Calimax? La vita è Calimax e va vissuta Calimax.

Lencho ha una piantagione di caffè in Guatemala, nell’Acatenanango, e per la prima volta siamo riusciti ad importarlo e a tostarlo assieme a Michele nella sua torrefazione, Caffettin (Treviso), che sarà anche micro ma riesce a trasformare i migliori chicchi di caffè verde in speciality coffee incredibili.

Potremmo usare mille parole per descrivere e raccontare questo progetto ma non saremmo mai in grado di esprime la positività di chi vive la vita Calimax come fa il Lencho con il sorriso sempre a portata di mano.

Lencho has a coffee plantation in Guatemala, in Acatenanango, and for the first time we were able to import it and roast it together with Michele in his roasting company, Caffettin (Treviso), which may be micro but manages to transform the best green coffee beans into incredible speciality coffees.
