Renegade #017 Orange Rose Pale Ale is that beer, with an added complement of fresh orange zest and rose hips added in whirlpool. Four distinct hops were chosen for their orange and citrus characteristic, then carefully deployed to impart balanced flavour and aroma, and only a delicate bitterness.
The aroma is immediately enticing; it is balanced, smooth and inviting, showing notes of orange, citrus, floral and light honey. Hops and malts are in harmony. The flavour is smooth and balanced, with citrus and orange peel mingling perfectly with floral and honey character. Sweetness is medium-low; the body is almost creamy, making it feel rounded and smooth. The finish shows orange and hops with a refined and refreshing end.
