Dennis Danelia: tinge of red wine as a secondary and residual wood character than can be felt on the linger as well as some light Belgian kandi, peppery clove, and zingy bitter hops all make for an interesting experience.

Sweet agave nectar, light farmhouse funk and oak contribution. Definitely richer and more caramel driven than I remember but really balanced flavor profile between barrel/spirit booziness and saison esters.
