Pretty solid pastry but something is pushing it just a little too far. Probably the cake batter. Apple brandy barrels are already sweet enough.

Lotta cinnamon, some apple brandy barrel but not unpleasant. Usually I hate apple brandy. This is quite good. Vanilla mixed in there. Fairly sweet.
