Uncellared - Pour: cork popped after muselet removed, fizzed for a while. Nose: caramel, raisin, bourbon, wheat bread, pinot noir. Profile: quite acicid, moderately carbonated; citrus, wheat, dried fruit. Not sure of the longevity of this one.
