Really solid blended farmhouse ale. Drank really light w a big effervescent carbonation. Flavor profile had a light apple note & light fruitiness before mild hay. Def has a nice edge of funk that really added dimension to the dry finish. Tasty rustic ale.

LCI. Another pretty clean brew from the other night's festivities. First from Conscious, and hopefully not the last. Effervescent, fairly tart and slight funk showed up as well. Good lingering finish. Worked well in high 90s late May weather. 4.4
