MrBeerzguymanboydude: A lot of their beers are named after pioneers of CT, especially of the aviation variety. This brew here is part of their Galaxy series. 5 beers in total under the series but this one is the only single hopped variety focusing on Galaxy. Terrifying

MrBeerzguymanboydude: No canned on date, Enjoy by date says by 8 months from now .... which tells me weird things about CT Valley already. Deep, dark, rich color. Very healthy, thick head. No skunking at all so it probably was canned recently but still would never leave it in

MrBeerzguymanboydude: my fridge for 8 months. *Sip* ... Very smooth, nice soft resin taste, not prickley at all, not snappy, little piney not much, more sweet .... Something tells me this very well might be right on the edge of falling into that old IPA taste.

MrBeerzguymanboydude: I do not recall Galaxy being anything near this sweet. It's a NZ hop and I taste none of that White Grape Vine flavor that I get with Galaxy every time. The Weird thing is that I would prefer it to taste like this but it's extremely hard
