First slab of ribs on the new PitBoss. Picked up a 4-pack of these when we were in Davenport with Derek H. & Alyssa B. in January and finally trying. It's got a kinda bitter/sour finish to it, not altogether unpleasant. Decidedly NOT sweet, tho!! Good.
