At Confluence and Lion Bridge, we're no stranger to the heavy handed nature of IPAs these days. Evolving tastes encourage us to tap into our wanton ways, and we've smashed pounds upon pounds of hops into hazy brews to great effect. Of course, inside every brute lurks a more refined sensibility, to which the alluring call of the Brut style IPA was too much to resist. Naturally we decided to explore this new world of IPAs with our friends, who better to help restrain our savage tendencies?
