A hearty embrace of tradition, from the malthouse to the faucet. Brewed with a blend of Czech and floor malted pilsner malt, a single decoction, and seemingly an entire crop years worth of fresh Czech Saaz hops, the resulting beer is, exactly that, beer. In an effort to adhere as closely to traditon as possible we decided to install a unique faucet that's used all across the Czech Republic. The side pull faucet pours a thick, dense, wet foam that amplifies the delicate notes of spice and fresh sourdough from the golden liquid below. It truly is a unique and transformative experience.
