Arôme de malts rôtis, bourbon, noix ou pacanes et une touche de café à l'érable. Goût de malts rôtis, bourbon bien présent, torréfaction, sirop d'érable foncé, vanille, un peu de mélasse noire, belle texture douce et veloutée. Vraiment bon. J'aime ça!

What a shock, following the mellow stout I had a little while before! Boozy, sweet, and prominent roasty barrel aging predominate. I enjoyed it much more as it warmed up and settled out a bit. Brewed in 2020, it kept very well.
