Choc vanilla & spiced bourbon base, yet, on a positive note for me, the truffle takes over soon and becomes unidimensional. For my taste buds this is PURE Freaking PLEASURE and as unidimensional as it gets, I would not mind be trapped on it! Fc**ng yum!🤤

This late into the vintage, all of the sharp cocoa and barrel has worn off to reveal a goddang BRISKET of a beer. Umami-bomb, potentially suited to pairing with a rich dessert or maybe some gravedigging. Earthy, salty, and a smattering of stewed onions.
