Brewed with New Zealand beer legends, Garage Project, we created this Imperial Stout to showcase the finest ingredients from the South Pacific. Adding New Zealand Pinot Noir skins to the finished Imperial Stout, then aging the brew on neutral oak to mimic traditional wine conditioning, imparting soft flavours of oak & vanilla.
We then transferred the brew to finish in Tawny Port barrels, developing distinct dark fruit and nutty character. And finally, adding cacao nibs from New Zealand and vanilla beans from the South Pacific, to marry the flavours. Show Less
