Affogato

This beer is a reimagining of rich espresso poured over creamy vanilla gelato- a classic Italian dessert known as the Affogato. We bolstered our house cream ale base with lactose and coldbrew extract to achieve a rounded mouthfeel packed full of flavor. The Lida Rivas single-origin coffee beans were roasted locally by our friends at Farmer’s Union, and lend fruity notes of peach, grape, and red starburst to this smooth, crushable ale.
