Loving Cup (Whiskey Barrel Aged)

Our Loving Cup Maple Porter is an English style brown porter at heart. Slightly lighter in body than it's American counterpart, this beer has mild hints of maple that complement the smooth chocolate and nutty finish. In 2017, we put some of this beer into Rose City Distilling's Rye Whiskey Barrels where it sat for 12 months and aged beautifully. The finished product is incredibly smooth, but still lighter in body and ABV for a dark, barrel aged beer. You will get notes of whiskey and barrel character that compliment the chocolate and nutty finish of this smooth and incredible drinkable barrel-aged porter. Show Less
