Aroma is good white wine, vinegar, soft foeder notes. Taste is good sour wine funk, lemony grain, ending with a dry finish. Rather thin but its heart is in the right place.

3 years later. There were always carbonation issues with Coalesce and time has made these disappear. This aged well. The tartness has subdued but there’s a lot of deep flavours in there. Colour me shocked! One bottle left. Let’s aim for five years.
