Clovis Culture

The Clovis culture is a prehistoric Paleoamerican culture, which inhabited East Texas thousands of years ago, named for distinct stone tools and is characterized by the manufacture of "Clovis points". As further hommage to East Texas and its rich history, we have brewed this German style wheat beer with European malts, noble German hops and then kicked it up with Pineapple and Green Tea to give it a subtle herb and spice flavor as our interpretation of an ancient medicinal Elixir. Dry hopped with Tropical and Citrus hops this smooth brew goes down easy and leaves a lingering fruit finish. Show Less
