Managed to do two thirty second inverted holds on my dip station this evening, celebrated with this lush BA beer from the geniuses at Cloudwater. Little heat from the chilli but smooth and very slightly boozy.

Nothing like an imperial stout to accompany mandatory training on a Friday afternoon. Left 2/3 of it in the bottle as it's 12 % abv but wish I could have it all as its delectable. Slight kick of spice to it, to add to the kick of the barrel age.
