Gyle No. 493. And just when you thought you'd got your head around the concept of Brut IPA, How about a Sour Brut IPA?! Brewed with our friends Collective Arts, it was soured with our house Lactobacillus culture, then fermented with Champagne yeast and dry hopped with Ekuanot and Citra BBC.
It provides a soft sourness and big melon flavours followed by a super dry finish and a pronounced yeast character. Show Less
